Mobile help for mobile suspension repair
Suspension noises can travel through the vehicle and may come from more than one component. Tire condition, sway-bar links, control arms, ball joints, tie rods, shocks, struts and mounts all need to be considered based on the symptom.
Common concerns we can review
- Clunking or knocking over bumps
- Shocks, struts and common wear items
- Visible looseness or damaged rubber components
- Uneven tire wear related concerns
- Steering and suspension inspection
Before your appointment
Describe when the noise occurs—turning, braking, accelerating or crossing bumps—and which corner seems affected. After steering or suspension replacement, a wheel alignment may be required at an alignment facility.
Every vehicle and service location is different. We confirm whether the work can be completed safely as a mobile visit before scheduling. If the job requires a lift, alignment rack, refrigerant recovery equipment, fabrication or shop-only conditions, we will explain that rather than accept work that should not be done on site.
Frequently asked questions
Can you diagnose a suspension noise at my location?
Many suspension concerns can be inspected mobile, although some intermittent noises may require additional road testing or shop equipment.
Will I need an alignment after repair?
Many steering and suspension repairs can change alignment. We will tell you when professional alignment service is recommended.
Is it safe to drive with a clunk?
The sound alone cannot determine safety. If steering feels loose, the vehicle pulls suddenly or a component appears separated, stop driving and arrange an inspection or tow.
